EFFECTIVE DATE: Upon submission to AppHunter

BETWEEN: EpiqTech SA Pty Ltd (Operating as AppHunter) (Disclosing Party) and App Submitted (Receiving Party)

1. Purpose

This Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) establishes a confidential relationship between AppHunter, operated by EpiqTech SA Pty Ltd, and the app developer/innovator. The purpose is to protect all business information, ideas, and intellectual property submitted through AppHunter's platform.

2. Confidential Information

Confidential information includes, but is not limited to:

App concepts and detailed descriptions
Business models and revenue strategies
Marketing plans and target audience data
Technical specifications and implementation details
Any proprietary or unpublished information

3. Obligations

EpiqTech SA Pty Ltd (Operating as AppHunter) agrees to:

Keep all submissions confidential and restrict access to authorized personnel only
Not disclose any confidential information to third parties without written consent
Use information solely for evaluation and potential partnership purposes
Implement industry-standard security including AES-256 encryption
Maintain records for a minimum of 1 year

4. Data Security

All submissions are protected using AES-256 encryption, military-grade security standards, and secure database storage. Your data is encrypted in transit and at rest.

5. Exclusions from Confidentiality

Information is NOT confidential if it:

Was publicly available before submission
Becomes publicly available without breach of this agreement
Is independently developed without access to confidential information
Is legally required to be disclosed by law or court order

6. Term

This NDA remains in effect for 1 year from the date of submission, unless earlier terminated by written notice from either party.

7. No License or Obligation

Receipt of confidential information does not grant any license or obligation to pursue development or investment in the submitted app.

8. Return of Information

Upon request, EpiqTech SA Pty Ltd (AppHunter) will return or securely destroy all confidential information within 30 days of termination of this agreement.

9. Governing Law

This agreement is governed by international confidentiality law and the jurisdiction in which EpiqTech SA Pty Ltd operates. Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
